Masbro Studio built the ZenBird app as a Freemium application. This SERVICE is provided by Masbro Studio at no cost and is intended for use as is. This policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and delete your personal data — and how you can exercise your rights.

01 Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

When data is no longer needed for its original purpose, we ensure it is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

03 Your Right to Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Masbro Studio at any time. To exercise this right:

Send an email to visualmulia@gmail.com with:

  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request — ZenBird"
  • The Google account email associated with your ZenBird purchase or usage
  • A brief description of what data you'd like deleted

We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is processed.

For data held by third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase), please use Google's own data deletion tools at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.

Please note: deleting your data will result in the loss of your PRO purchase history within our system. Your Google Play purchase record is managed and governed by Google's policies, not ours.

04 Log Data

In the case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

05 Cookies

This Service does not use cookies explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device.

06 Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

08 Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
